Okay, so nevermind. I got an email from my mortgage lender at Bank of America that read:
Subject: Bad News
"BofA announced yesterday that this program is going away! I certainly apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused."
What the heck is going on in this country? Are you kidding me? Where a doctor with near perfect credit can't get a home loan for a small starter home after 9 years of schooling, one year of training, and 4 more of training still ahead.
